New Casadei V320 Edgebander

Automatic edge banding machine for pre-glued tape – The New Casadei V320 edgebander applies pre-glued edge in coils or strips of melamine, PVC, ABS, wood etc to the edge of boards. The Leister heating unit melts the glue and the tape is then applied, cut to length and then trimmed – the machine has an automatic feed unit running at 5 m/min to give consistent results.

This Automatic Edgebander has been conceived both for small and large panels thanks to the TOOTHED panel feed belt for excellent traction. The feeding of even larger panels can be helped by using the front extending support. The V 320 can be ready to use in approximately one minute thanks to the industrial hot air blower.
